General Terms & Conditions
- Our products are sourced from reputable manufacturers and carry relevant AS/NZS standards where required by building codes.
- We strive to dispatch orders the same day as order placement, and normally can supply. However if a rural or farm address is the destination of goods a freight surcharge may apply.
- In most cases we will accept return of goods such as PVC fittings if the customer has a small excess at the completion of a project. Any returns are at the customer’s expense and must be cleared with us first. Pipe cannot be returned for credit.
- For cash sale customers we accept eftpos, cash, internet payment or credit card at time of purchase. Trade customers can apply for an account which, when approved, operates similarly to other plumbing merchants.
- Claims for loss or damage in transit must be made within 7 days of shipment.
- Liability for replacement of damaged or faulty goods is limited to the value of goods as invoiced by PipeZone.
Correct installation of product supplied by PipeZone Ltd is entirely customer responsibility.
